ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.not known of 2024, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that based on the complaint forwarded under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C, by the concerned Judicial Magistrate, enquiry is under progress.

3.In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that since there is no case registered against the petitioner, there is no apprehension of arrest. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is expected not to harass the petitioner.
