2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the case, the first appellant passed away and the same was not properly made in the order passed by this Court in S.A(MD)No.367 of 2020 dated 09.04.2025, and the same may be corrected.

3. The Registry is directed to record the same in the order dated 09.04.2025 made in S.A(MD)No.367 of 2020 and issue fresh order copy after carrying out the necessary amendments.
