This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to file the charge sheet in Crime No.59 of 2015 on the file of Sub Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, Ramanathapuram, before the Jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate, Muthukulathur, within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. There shall be a direction to the second respondent to take immediate steps to transfer the final report that has been filed already before the Special Court for Anti-Land Grabbing, Ramanathapuram to the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate Court, Mudukulathur within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
