2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that on 17.10.2015, the respondent Police has filed charge sheet, in Crime No.321 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichirappalli, but the same has not yet been taken on file.
