This writ petition is filed for writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct a proper land survey in Survey No.121/6B1A of an extent of 0.20.50 Hectare situated at Kovilankulam Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, on the basis of the petitioner's application, dated 30.12.2020. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that there is a partition deed executed among the family members. The respondents shall consider the petitioner's claim and also consider the partition deed. However, before considering the petitioner's claim, the respondents shall issue notice to all the rival claimants and thereafter, consider and pass orders. 2/4

3.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
