O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 01.10.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C., are pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer, in respect of the grievance ventilated by the petitioner in his complaint, dated 01.10.2015.

3. Under such circumstances, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register a case. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
