ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a Constable (General Duty) in Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) challenging the order, dated 20.02.2021 wherein his appointment order was cancelled.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, by way of proceedings, dated 15.02.2023, the petitioner has again been 2/4

appointed on 15.02.2023 and therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition. The said appointment order is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 09.11.2023 NCC :
