This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.01.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint in respect of fabrication and forgery of records in respect of the property in S.No.42/2 situated at Kothankulam, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, but no action was taken by the respondents. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision in accordance with law within one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, recording the above said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.01.2025 within a period of one week from the date of this order. 5. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
