This petition has been filed to call for the records in of the Executive Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner of Police, proceedings in Na.Ka.No.16/Ne.Se.Na&Kaa. Thu.Aa/Thi.Ma/2016, dated 24.01.2016 and quash the same so far as the petitioner concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that,

when the matter was taken up, the proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C., were initiated and the same proceedings was closed on 24.02.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
