ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct learned I Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirappalli, to dispose of O.S.No.467 of 2011, within the stipulated period of time.

2. The revision petitioners are defendants in O.S.No.467 of 2011 on the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirappalli. The respondent/plaintiff has filed the suit in O.S.No.467 of 2011 for permanent injunction, against the revision petitioners herein.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that even though the written statement has been filed in the year 2011 and the trial also commenced, the said suit is being adjourned without any progress.

4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Taking into consideration of the material facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, it may be expedient to issue a direction to the learned I Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirappalli. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned I Additional District Munsif, Thiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.467 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than 30th June 2017. No costs.
