This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner as a Physical Education Teacher in Sri Krishna Iyer Higher Secondary School, Chinnamanur, Theni District, in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2026, within a stipulated period as prescribed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent that the post in question has already been filled up by duly appointing one J.Jayapradhap as Physical Education Teacher through proceedings bearing Na.KaNo.24/SKA/2026, dated 06.03.2026, issued by the third respondent.

3. In the said circumstances, the relief sought in this writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings bearing Na.KaNo.24/SKA/2026, dated 06.03.2026, issued by the third respondent, it is open for him to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. No costs. 17.03.2026 NCC :
