This petition has been filed to quash the case in S.T.C.No.267 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi

2. When the matter was called on 10.11.2021, a report has been called for from the Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi, as to the stage of the case in S.T.C.No.267 of 2018. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1427 of 2019 the compromise that has been reached between the parties, the case was ended in acquittal, on 13.03.2021. Hence, nothing survives for further orders and directions.
