Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2022 and direct the second respondent to vacate the TASMAC Shop No.4879 from the petitioner's property in Sy.No.371/9B of Thucklai Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District within the time stipulated by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

This writ petition stands disposed of at the time of admission by considering the submission of the learned counsel for the second respondent that the second respondent will vacate the premises of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to pay the rent for occupying the said premises during the period in occupation. No costs.
