COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A7, A4 and A5 , who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.03.2023,07.03.2023 and 07.03.2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 147,294(b),323, 324, 307, 506(ii) @ 302 of IPC in crime No.52 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a group clash between two groups in which five persons sustained injuries and one person died, hence the case.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. There are totally eight accused in this case and the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6400 of 2023 is arrayed as A7 and the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6402 of 2023 are arrayed as A4 and A5. There are specific overt act as against the petitioners herein. Further in the group clash one person died and five persons sustained injuries. Investigation is still pending and the petitioners were arrested only on 01.03.2023 and 07.03.2023, hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence these petitions stand dismissed.
