The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the Superintendent of Police, Tuticorin District / third respondent herein to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

club the cases in Crime Nos.54 of 2014 and 1003 of 2015, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Tuticorin District / fourth respondent and the Inspector of Police, South Police Station, Tuticorin / fifth respondent respectively and to transfer the same to the file of the Inspector General of Police, C.B.C.I.D., Chennai / first respondent for fair investigation and to file final report at the earliest.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1003 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tuticorin, on 07.11.2015, but the same has not yet been taken on file.

4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed. Sd/ Assistant Registrar(AE) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar.
