: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2018 and to issue joint patta in the name of Ajithkumar, Aravindhan along with Thoondi Ambalam in respect of the lands in Survey No.61/1 of an extent of 4.29.50 Hectares in Patta No.482 in Manakadu Village, Vichur Revenue Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 04.04.2018 and to issue joint patta in the name of Ajithkumar, Aravindhan along with Thoondi Ambalam in respect of the lands in Survey No.61/1 of an extent of 4.29.50 Hectares in Patta No.482 in Manakadu Village, Vichur Revenue Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Writ Petition, without going into

the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation given by the petitioner dated 04.04.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
