O R D E R

This revision petition has been filed against the order dated 09.10.2017 in I.A.No.249 of 2016 in O.S.No.59 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputtur. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition challenging the order passed in I.A.No.249 of 2016 in O.S.No.59 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputtur.

3. During the course of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though this petition is filed for larger relief, the petitioner has restricted his prayer and a direction for early disposal would be suffice. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition to set aside the ex-parte order is pending from 26.08.2016 onwards and therefore, he prays for early disposal of the said petition.

5.Since a direction for early disposal of the petition is passed, no notice is necessary to the respondents herein.

6. Considering the fact that the petition to set aside the exparte order is pending from 26.08.2016 onwards, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by directing the Court below to dispose of the same within a time frame. Without adverting to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the learned Principal District Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputtur, to dispose of I.A.No.249 of 2016 in O.S.No.59 of 2016 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.(MD) No.9501 of 2017 is closed.
