This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.12.2017.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.50 of 2018 under Sections 147, 120-B, 419, 420 and 465 IPC.
