ORDER

********* The respondent filed S.M.O.P.No.433 of 2015, before the learned District Judge, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil. The parties herein got married on 12.09.2010. Two children have been born through the wedlock. The respondent had earlier filed maintenance case and a sum of Rs.13,000/- was awarded for the respondent and two children. Thereafter, the respondent filed I.A.No.45 of 2016 in the S.M.O.P., and the Court below directed the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month as interim alimony. Ofcourse, the amount directed to be paid in the maintenance case will have to be adjusted. The revision petitioner will have to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- in all. 2.The counsel for the revision petitioner submits that he has been honouring the order made in the maintenance case. Therefore, he has to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- over and above what he is already paying, as per the order passed in M.C.No.5 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nagercoil.
