Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to conduct enquiry and to file the final report, in Crime No.139 of 2013, before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this criminal original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that after investigation, the respondent Police has closed the case in Crime No.139 of 2013, as mistake of fact and filed the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, on 25.03.2014.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is closed.
