ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner in the counselling for transfer, which was scheduled to be held on 14.06.2018, without insisting the petitioner to join duty in the transferred place on or after 01.06.2017, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned Counsel on both sides.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that on the basis of interim order granted by this Court, the prayer of the petitioners had already been met out, nothing survives for adjudication and such submission is not refuted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
