Respondent/Petitioner PRAYER: The Writ Appeal is filed under clause 15 of the Letter patent to set aside the order dated 18.04.2018 made in WP(MD) No.3598 of 2018 in so far as it relates to quashing of this Posting order placing the writ petitioner as Faculty at the Tamil Nadu Institute of urban studies on deputation basis and further directs the respondents to give posting to the writ petitioner within a period of two weeks.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI calling for the records relating to the impugned Relieving order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his Proceedings Roc.No.1977/2016/C1 dated 22/01/2018 and the consequential order of the transfer passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in G.O. 2. From the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner, it appears that the order of the learned Single Judge has been given effect to and the respondent has been transferred to some other place.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Appeal. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P. (MD) No. 4992 of 2018 is closed.
