2. The petitioner was employed as Assistant Professor in

English in the fourth respondent college on 16.06.2017. The specific case of the petitioner is that her appointment was in respect of a sanctioned post. Infact a regular vacancy arose following the retirement of the previous incumbent Dr.C.Jeya Sekhar on 31.05.2017. Seeking approval of her appointment, the management had already submitted proposal. The petitioner has also given a representation dated 24.04.2018.

3. In this regard, the first and second respondents are directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders regarding the approval of the petitioner's appointment within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
