This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Cr.M.P.No.556 of 2015, dated 28.01.2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tiruchirapalli and set aside the same. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main case has come to an end by judgment dated 29.01.2016.

3.In view of the above development, this petition has became infructuous and the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
