2.This criminal original petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in P.R.C.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. The petitioners are shown as A2 to A7. They are facing proceedings for the offences under Sections 498(A), 417, 313 and 506(i) of I.P.C. Crl.O.P(MD)No.4247 of 2020 There are quite a few proceedings pending between the parties herein. The defacto complainant is present. The learned counsel on either side submitted that the issues have been amicably resolved. A compromise memo singed by both the parties and also their respective counsels has been filed and the same is taken on file. it will form part of the order. The second respondent has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings. Both the parties herein will act in terms of the compromise memo. The criminal original petition stands allowed. The benefit of this order will also enure in favour of the non petitioning first accused. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
