O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents, to remove the petitioner's name, from the history sheet, rowdy (list) on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.03.2021 and 19.04.2021.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he belongs to very poor family and he has not involved any criminal case. But, a false case has been foisted upon him, in Crime No.99 of 2017 and it was taken on file in P.R.C.No.3 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvadanai. Again, a case in Crime No.68 of 2018 was foisted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.9127 of 2021 against him and it was also taken on file in P.R.C.No.3 of 2021 by the Same Magistrate. In such circumstances, his name was included in the History Sheet. Seeking removal of his name from the History Sheet, he made representations on 14.03.2021 and 19.04.2021. But, there was no positive response. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The only limited prayer that has been sought for by the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that his representations will be considered and orders will be passed on merits. But, however, he would further submit that the petitioner has involved two heinous offences.

4. So, there shall a direction to the second respondent herein, to consider the representation of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass orders on merit.

5.with this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
