Till date, no other counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the name of the petitioner shall be printed in the cause list.

2. Post this case on 11.12.2023.''

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the Special Deputy Collector (Stamps), Tirunelveli. It is seen that the petitioner has already paid the deficit stamp duty and the document has also been registered. 2/4

3. Recording the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
