This writ petition is filed as against the charge memo dated 16.04.2021, issued by the third respondent in No.1/2021. 2.Today(12.01.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submits that pending this writ petition, domestic enquiry was concluded and the petitioner was imposed with the punishment and as against the punishment, the petitioner also filed an application before the Labour Court.

3. The submissions made by the learned counsel on either side is recorded. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
