PRAYER:- This petition has been filed under Secton 528 of BNSS, 2023 to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.734 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.734 of 2026 dated 17.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court is modified 2/4

and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in 15 days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
