This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime no.28 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent police and Quash the same as against the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur, by way of e-filing in C.No.LTN20220001816 C202500299, dated 17.10.2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
