O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus seeking a direction against the respondents 2 and 3 / Tahsildar and Surveyor of Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District, to continue with the survey of the lands of the petitioner. The petitioner, had applied online and paid necessary charges for survey of lands in six different survey numbers at Chettypatti Village, KundradavarKovil Panchayat Union, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukottai District. The six survey numbers for which he had made an application, where S.Nos.521/19A, 522/4A, 522/4B, 521/17A, 521/18A and 521/19B.

2. The respondents 2 and 3 had conducted survey on 01.08.2022 with respect to four of the aforementioned lands. The other 2/5

two had not been done. The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus for conducting survey in the other two survey numbers, which had been left out. They are survey Numbers 521/19A and 522/4A.

3. A direction is given to the second and third respondents to examine the entire issue and thereafter, within a period twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, proceed to conduct the survey of aforementioned two survey numbers which had been left out, when the survey was conducted on the earlier occasion.

4. No further orders are required.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
