Prayer in both W.Ps: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the 1st respondent from accepting any Form VI and Form VII in respect of 4th respondent Society from 5th respondent.

2. The Writ petition has been filed on the premise that election will be held for electing the executive committee of the fourth respondent society on 11.04.2024. It is clarified by the learned senior counsel that the said election notification has been put on hold. It is not proposed to conduct election on 2/4

11.04.2024. It is also stated that since the other writ petitions are proposed to be disposed of by month end, there is no prospect of the election being held in this month. I am satisfied that cause of action has not arisen for the present.

3. These Writ Petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
