RESPONDENT Prayer : This Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order directing to early disposal of the HMOP.No.284 of 2016 by the learned Family Court, Judge, Madurai within the time specified by this Honourable Court. ORDER : This petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms.A.Hafiza, Advocate for the petitioner and the respondent neither appeared in person nor by an Advocate, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing H.M.O.P.No.284 of 2014 and H.M.O.P. No.431 of 2017 together.

2.This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 26.10.2017, by directing the trial Court to dispose of the petitions jointly on or before 30.04.2018.

3. Now, the trial Court seeks further time for disposing the petitions. Hence, the matter was listed today.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, further three months time is granted to the trial Court for disposal of the above petitions. The learned Family Court Judge, Madurai shall keep https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in mind the attitude of the parties and conduct the cases on day-today basis without giving adjournment to either parties and dispose of the cases within the prescribed time and report this court within a period of 10 days after passing judgment in the above petitions. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted on any ground.
