Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. When the matter was hearing on 24.04.2023, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that during the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent undertook to take care of the petitioner. So, on that ground, notice was ordered to the fourth respondent.

3. Mr.K.M.Karunakaran, learned counsel, appeared for the fourth respondent would submit that now both are living together and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the matter is 2/4

settled out of the Court. There was settlement between the parties, by which, the above said settled among themselves.

4. In view of the above said development, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
