ORDER

There is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the fifth respondent herein, wherein the appointment order of the writ petitioner was cancelled.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the Court that by way of an order, dated 15.09.2022, the writ petitioner has been re-appointed as a Constable in CRPF and the petitioner is undergoing training as on today. The said order is taken on record. In view of the said order, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition.

4. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed.
