For Petitioner : Mr.A.Joel Paul Antony For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for R.1 to R.3 COMMON ORDER This Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7710 of 2022 has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 14/04/2022.

2. This W.P(MD)No.8073 of 2022 has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the respondents 4 to 6 by conducting an enquiry based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 14.04.2022.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent and the same is still pending.

4. Considering the above, third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, both the Criminal Original Petition as well as the Writ Petition are disposed of.
