PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.203/2024 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 15.03.2024 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.203 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has attempted to dash the 1/3

defacto complainant in a two wheeler, abused him with filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and nobody sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. The respondent police without conducting proper investigation, simply registered the case as against this petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent strongly opposes for grant of bail and submits that the petitioner is having 18 previous cases pending as against him, out of which, five cases for the offence under Section 302 IPC.
