Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to calling for the records relating to proceedings impugned order in Na.Ka.no.2254/2018/no.a dt 23.7.2018 of the 2nd respondent herein and the Na.Ka.no.2254/2018/no.1 dt 27.9.2018 of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reimburse the medical expense of Rs.1,75,717 to the petitioner with adequate interest.
