ORDER
The revision petitioners are the defendants in O.S.No.125 of 2010 and the plaintiffs in O.S.No.179 of 2012 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Theni. Both the cases are pending before the very same Court. The plaintiff in O.S.No.125 of 2010 is the defendant in O.S.No.179 of 2012.
2.The revision petitioners have expressed their grievance that the said suits are being repeatedly adjourned. On account of dragging on the matter they are put to great prejudice. They therefore seek speedy disposal of both the suits. Since both the suits are already several years old, interest of justice requires that direction is given for their speedy disposal. The respondent herein cannot be said to be prejudiced on this account. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
