ORDER

The first respondent is the plaintiff. The respondents 2 and 3 are the defendants 1 and 2. The petitioner is the 3rd defendant. The first respondent/plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.654 of 2014 for permanent injunction against the defendants before the the Principal Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first respondent being the tenant has not paid rent from July 2013. Though the suit is posted for trail from 30.11.2015 onwards, till date there is no progress whatsoever and after filing the suit, the plaintiff has not taken any effort to get along with the suit and she is adopting the dilatory tactics. Therefore, he prayed for speedy disposal of the suit.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is not necessary. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that ends of justice will be met if a direction is given to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Accordingly, the Principal District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.654 of 2014 with a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
