ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in 1/3

the connection with the case in Crime No.15 of 2024, for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 452, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Totally, there are five accused in this case. The defacto complainant is the son-in-law of the first accused. The case of the petitioner is that due to family dispute, the petitioner/A5 along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant with aruval and caused grievous injuries.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police opposed for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner is having eight previous cases.

5. Considering the nature of allegations and also considering the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
