ORDER
The petitioners are the plaintiffs and the respondents are the defendants. The petitioners/Plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S.No.399 of 2014 for declaration and injunction against the respondents before the learned Sub Judge, Palani.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the first respondent herein filed written statement on 17.11.2015 and the same was adopted by the other respondents. Thereafter the matter was adjourned on several occasions for framing of issues and finally the suit is posted for framing of issues on 09.11.2017. Moreover, along with the suit the petitioners have also filed a petition in I.A.No.557 of 2014 for temporary injunction, for which a counter has been filed and that has also been adjourned for enquiry to various dates. The first petitioner is aged about 67 years and with the age related ailment, he come forward with this petition along with one Ramasamy for speedy disposal of the suit.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is not necessary. Considering the age of the first petitioner being 67, this Court is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the view that ends of justice will be met if a direction is given to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time limit. Accordingly, the Sub Judge, Palani, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.399 of 2014 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
