O R D E R

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police are harassing him, has filed this petition.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's husband is a history sheeter and he is involved in twenty three cases. Therefore, on routine monitoring only the respondent police have visited the petitioner's house to ascertain whether the petitioner's husband is available and whether he is indulging in any offence. 3.In view of the above submission, this Court finds no reason in entertaining this petition. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
