ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.03.2022, for the offences punishable under Sections 3 r/w. 4(2), 5(i)(ii), 5(n), 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 19(1) and 21 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.14 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is at the fag end of trial and now, it is posted for argument on 29.04.2024. At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
