O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent, the Inspector of Police, Thiruchendur Police Station, Thoothukudi District to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 25.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has given a complaint by post to the respondent police whereas the occurrence took place within the jurisdiction of Thiruchendur Temple Police Station, Thoothukudi District.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to go in person before the Inspector of Police, Thiruchendur Temple Police Station, Thoothukudi District and lodge a fresh complaint containing the same contents as found in the complaint, dated 25.09.2015 and on receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
