ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking quashment of Cr.No.8 of 2015, dated 14.09.2015 pending on the file of the 1st Respondent police.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Special Court for TNPID Cases, Madurai in C.C.No.1 of 2020 and the same has been posted on 26.11.2021. However, it is submitted that so far this petitioner is concerned, stay order has been passed by this Court on 01.12.2019.
3.Since the final report has been filed the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
