ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a mandamus seeking a direction to the second respondent to cancel the patta No.504 and 877 issued during the UDR scheme in favour of the fifth and sixth respondents with respect of the petitioner inS.No.73/11A, 73/12B and 73/12C at Kulaiyaneri Village, Veerakeralampudur Taluk, Tenkasi. The petitioner had given a representation on 05.02.2023 to the second respondent, the District Revenue Officer, Tenkasi District.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 states that the District Revenue Officer, Tenkasi District, had taken the representation on file and had also issued notice to the petitioner and to the fifth and sixth respondents herein.
3. In view of that particular fact, it would not be appropriate on my part to enter into a discussion on the facts of the case. A direction is given to the second respondent to proceed further with the enquiry, adhere to the principles 2/4
of natural justice ensure effective representation is given to all the parties, permit the parties to file representation and to file documents if required and thereafter pass necessary orders. The entire exercise may be completed on or before 31.10.2023.
