ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking police protection to herself and her sons, by considering her representation dated 06.02.2016.

2. When the matter came up for hearing in the earlier occasion, ie., on 22.02.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner herself has given a letter that she is not pressing her complaint and based on the same, the respondent police has closed the petitioner's complaint on 22.02.2019. Since there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to 01.03.2019, 08.03.2019 and to 22.03.2019.

3. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner, despite the matter is posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Hence, recording the submission made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
