Respondents/Defendants Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai, to dispose the O.S.No.224 of 2014 in a speedy manner within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioners are the plaintiffs and the respondents are the defendants. The petitioners/plaintiffs filed a suit in O.S.No.224 of 2014 for permanent and mandatory injunction against the respondents before the learned District Munsif, Pudukkottai.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the suit is filed as early as in the year 2014 and initially the suit was decreed exparte on 01.12.2014. Thereafter the respondents/defendants filed I.A.No.747 of 2015 to condone the delay and to set aside the exparte order and the same was allowed on payment of costs vide order dated 28.06.2016. Now, the suit is posted for trial after framing of issues. Further, the learned counsel would submit that the first petitioner is aged about 76 years and he wants to see the light of the day during his life time. Hence, prayed for speedy disposal of the suit.
3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in the civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is not necessary. Considering the age of the first petitioner being 76, this Court is of the view that ends of justice will be met if a direction is given to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a time limit. Accordingly, the District Munsif Court, Pudukkottai, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.224 of 2014 with a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
