ORDER

Though the prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to realign the electricity power line to the home of Respondent No.3 to alternative way away from petitioner's home within a time frame, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2015 seeking the abovesaid prayer, and to pass orders, within a time frame.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.07.2015, seeking to realign the electricity power line to the home of Respondent No.3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to alternative way away from petitioner's home, and to pass orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments and after hearing the 3rd respondent, within a period of one month preferably on or before 05.03.2017.
